Registration Overview
• Registration officially begins on January 15, 2009. We will begin accepting registrations on this day, on a first – come, first served basis.
• We are only accepting registrations by mail. In order to be fair to the first come, first served process of accepting registration, we will not accept faxed or e-mailed registration forms. No Reservation will be taken without deposit
• Each payment from your group must be paid for in ONE check (drawn on a United States Bank) payable to: Archdiocese of Denver. Please note on the check the Group name.

• Total cost per person (each group leader, chaperone, and youth) registered before March 13, 2009 is $145. Total cost per person (each group leader, chaperone and youth) registered after March 13, 2009 is $155. This price does not include housing or transportation. Each group is responsible for securing their own housing and transportation to and from the conference (see local area)
• We require a $30per person deposit (non-Refundable and non-transferable) to reserve spots.
Unused deposits may not be applied to the final bill!
• We will email you a registration confirmation once we have processed your initial registration and deposit
• Due to demand and the need for advanced planning, we require a definite commitment from our participants. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable. If our office does not receive written notification from you of the dropping of spots or entire registration by June 1, 2009, your group will be responsible for paying the entire balance due.
• Bad Checks If your check fails to clear the bank and is returned for insufficient funds, the group leader will be notified that the status of the group’s registration has been changed to “insufficient fund” category. Your registration will not be processed until the conference office receives a money order or cashier’s check for the entire amount. There is a $25 handling charge for each NSF check.
• All balances are DUE June 1, 2009
• After June 1, 2009 your account will be assessed a 10% late fee on the remaining balance. Failure to pay your entire balance due will result in a forfeiture of your registration, so we can accommodate any group on our waiting list wishing to attend. These policies are in place so that we may be as fair as possible to all groups and prepare adequately for the participants attending the conference.
• Refund Policy: Due to overwhelming demand and the need for advanced planning, we require a definite commitment from our participants. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable. The deposits from any cancelled spots cannot be applied toward the payment of the balance for the rest of the group
• All groups must identify one person as the Group Leader for the conference. All correspondence, phone calls, email, etc…will be handled through them. Conference materials at registration check-in will be issued to that person
• Priests: This year, we are again waiving the registration fee for priests with the understanding that the priests attending will available to administer the sacrament of Reconciliation at least during two of the designated times throughout the conference weekend. It is our hope that this will encourage groups to invite priests to attend a youth conference as part of their group.
All priests should be included in the total number of spots requested for the
conference. The Group Leader must include the name(s) of the priest(s) attending
with their group in advance of the conference and no later than June 1st deadline. After June 1, 2009 a registration fee of $155 will be assessed for any cancellations to cover costs incurred by the office
• Valuables
Please do not bring valuables to the conference. The Archdiocese of
Denver/Steubenville of the Rockies is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Day of Arrival
Please plan to arrive at the Conference Registration check-in between noon and
4pm on July 17, 2009. A group leader and 1 other adult will need to come to the
check-in tables. No groups will be admitted with a balance due and no
participants will be admitted without a liability form. Each group will receive
conference name badges (which must be worn at all times) and conference T-shirts (if pre-purchased).
