To Reserve Space for your Group the following must be received:
- Parish/Group Registration Form
- $25pp Non-Refundable Deposit Check made payable to: Archdiocese of Denver (Please submit ONE check per group)
To Complete Registration the Following Forms must be completed by June 2, 2006:
- Liability Forms for ALL participants
(including Chaperones & Priests)
- Chaperone Applications for ALL Chaperones & Priests
- Housing Form
- Final Payments
