We are housing participants in 7 different hotels. 4 are within walking distance and the other 3 are between 1.5 and 3 miles away. Housing in hotels is handled by housing forms and rooms are booked according to participant names. Housing forms are to be completed by June 3, 2005. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER JUNE 3, 2005. We will arrange housing for your bus drivers. Indicate on you housing form who they are and we will add that to your account. All rules and regulations set forth by the individual hotels are to be followed. The hotel reserves the right to eject groups or individuals from the hotel without the approval of the conference staff. Rooms will not be held for those groups who miss the June 3, 2005 deadline or send in incomplete housing forms. Please remind your youth that there are others in the hotel and they need to be quiet and respectful of others.
