HOW
IS THE ALN CONNECTED TO THE CHURCH?
The
Network's advocacy is rooted in Catholic social teaching and works to
promote the policies and positions of the Colorado Catholic Conference
(CCC) and the United States Catholic Conference of Bishops. The statewide
public policy office (CCC) is operated jointly by the Archdiocese of Denver,
the Diocese of Colorado Springs and the Diocese of Pueblo. In addition,
the Network seeks to support key issues identified by the Catholic Charities
Secretariat of the Archdiocese of Denver.
HOW
CAN I BE EFFECTIVE? I'LL NEED HELP!
The Network provides
training, including seminars and workshops, as part of your membership.
You'll receive timely updates full of ideas and information, and action
alerts on specific bills. In addition, Network coordinators are just a
phone call away to answer your questions.
