Archdiocese releases statement regarding public release of portion of White's file
Press Conference 7.1.08 

July 2, 2008 - Denver Archbishop Charles J. Chaput announced on July 1 the settlement of 18 claims against the Archdiocese of Denver. As a part of the mediation efforts, the archdiocese released to some plaintiffs a portion of the files of a former priest, H. Robert White, who is deceased.

June 3, 2008 - Denver Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M Cap., ordained Most Rev. James D. Conley as the new auxiliary bishop on May 30, 2008, The Solemnity of the Sacred Heart, at Denver’s Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Bishop Conley has chosen as his episcopal motto, “Heart speaks to heart.” As auxiliary bishop, he will assist Archbishop Chaput in the pastoral care of the archdiocese. He will reside at Mother of God parish in Denver.

Archbishop Chaput offers comments about ‘Roman Catholics for Obama’
May 19, 2008 - The group “Roman Catholics for Obama ‘08” quoted Archbishop Charles Chaput’s January 16 Denver Catholic Register column on “10 points for Catholic Citizens to remember."  According to Archbishop Chaput, the group’s use of his words is accurate -- and curiously incomplete.
