Remandation for all Eucharistic Ministers

By the first Sunday of Advent, Dec. 3, 2006, all those who serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion in parishes and diocesan institutions must be remandated by the Archbishop of Denver. Remandation requires theological and pastoral updating and formation. To assist parishes in this endeavor, the Office of Liturgy will sponsor three formation workshops – two in English and one in Spanish.

The English programs will be held at Bonfils Hall on October 3, 2006 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and repeated on October 14, 2006 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Father Chrysostom Frank, professor at Saint John Vianney Seminary, will give the keynote.

There will be a small fee of $5.00 for attendees. For information on the English presentation, please call the Office of Liturgy at Office of Liturgy at (303) 715-3156.

The Spanish component will be held at Centro San Juan Diego with the Keynote given by Father Jorge de los Santos, Vicar for Hispanic Affairs. For information on the Spanish workshop please call Centro San Juan Diego at (303) 295-9470.
