Spiritual Exercises are an important tradition in the Church as a privileged way of having an intense time of silence, reflection and prayer. The Sodalit Spiritual Exercises consist in a group of meditations based on the spirituality of the Sodalitum Christianae Vitae and developed as a renewal in continuity in the Catholic spiritual tradition.

There are ten themes of meditations, about the fundamental questions of our human and Christian life (e.g. Who am I? What is the answer? Where do I come from?, etc.), organized in a schedule of a five day retreat. Each theme has a talk, spiritual texts to meditate, and biblical passages. There are also moments of prayer in Adoration, opportunity for spiritual direction, confession and the celebration of the Eucharist.
