Letters to Editor: New quiz a gift I was overcome with joy today (Feb. 22) when I received my Denver Catholic Register. It was a perfect gift! Some time ago the CateQuiz’em was discontinued in the Register. Before it was discontinued, it was the first thing that I turned to, to read. Today, Ash Wednesday, I received a most generous gift from Mr. Peter Westhoff who has graciously reinstated a quiz (“Nun of the Above”) for this Lenten season. (It’s a lot of work!) Please consider Mr. Westhoff to continue putting the quiz in our Register. You are a God-send! Thank you for doing this for us and I pray you will continue to do so in the future. The quizzes keep us on our toes. (And now I know what NOTA means!) Eddie Lyons Editor’s note: The quizzes are planned to run weekly in the Denver Catholic Register throughout the year. |
