About the Second Collections:
The CCHD, or Catholic Campaign for Human Development is held in the parishes every November on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The CCHD is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by funding community programs that encourage independence. You can find collection resources at the usccb.org website.
