Transitus of St. Francis liturgy The Capuchin Poor Clare nuns of Our Lady of Light Monastery in northwest Denver, the Capuchin Franciscan friars and the St. Clare Secular Franciscan Order Fraternity invite everyone to a Transitus of St. Francis liturgy 7 p.m. Oct. 3. Transitus refers to the death, or passing into eternal life St. Francis of Assisi in 1226. It will be held in St. Patrick’s Chapel, 33rd Avenue and Pecos Street. A reception will follow. |
