Religious Sisters Appreciation Luncheon set April 9
The ever popular annual Religious Sisters Appreciation Luncheon hosted by the Denver Serra Club will be held April 9 at Church of the Risen Christ in Denver.
The day will begin with Mass at 11 a.m., followed by social hour, luncheon, gifts and drawings. Thanks to the generosity of the Serrans and kind-hearted donors, each year gifts to the religious sisters have increased. Last year, each religious sister attending received a cash gift and prizes ranging from gourmet food baskets to opera tickets.
