A clarification for people of the Church in northern Colorado on the personhood of the unborn child
Oct. 8, 2008 - In light of news reports of comments by Governor Bill Ritter on personhood, the Denver bishops released this clarification. May 29, 2008 - Vespers is the traditional evening prayer of the Catholic Church, which consists of the signing of Sacred Scripture. It is prayer simply and solemnly, usually in song. Bishop-elect Conley joined the community in prayer on the eve of his Episcopal Ordination. He gave the above homily during the prayer service.
