March 4, 2011 - Archbishop Chaput presented the following address during the Lustiger-Priesthood Conference at the College des Bernardins in Paris, France.

March 1, 2011 - Most Rev. Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap., Archbishop of Denver, addressed the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace and World Affairs at Georgetown University on Tuesday. Recognizing the religious persecution of Christian minorities that is happening in countries outside the United States today, he urges listeners to do their part in safeguarding the American experiment in religious freedom, which Chaput claims is, itself, under threat. He discusses four key points for personal reflection, each of which emerged from experiences during his years as Commissioner with the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF).

Feb. 25, 2011 (Fargo, ND) - Archbishop Chaput addressed laypeople of the Diocese of Fargo, with a presentation titled “Building a Culture of Life.” Archbishop offers a few “dos” and “don’ts” for building a culture of life, based on what he has seen in the American prolife experience throughout the past 38 years.

Feb. 24, 2011 - We now live in an increasingly secular country.  American culture often seems “Christian” on the surface.  And in many ways, it still is.  But it’s also more and more unfriendly to Catholic belief in its laws and political life. We need to form a new generation of Catholic believers who will be missionaries and leaders; men and women who are on fire for Jesus Christ and have the courage to prove it with their own suffering; men and women who aren’t afraid to preach the truth of the Catholic faith wherever God leads them -- including in the public square.

Catholics celebrated The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity from January 18-23. The following remarks were delivered by Archbishop Chaput for an ecumenical service, hosted by St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Denver, Colo.

On Wed., Jan. 12, Archbishop Charles Chaput led the opening prayer for the Colorado House Chamber's first session of the new year.
