Concert a taste of heaven On Thursday, Sept. 24, I spent two hours in heaven—heaven on earth that is! My son and I attended the Eric Genuis Year for Priests concert at St. Thomas More Church and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the music presented and the awesome talent of composer-pianist Genuis, vocalist Linda Easter, violinist Liesel Schoenberger and cellist Cedra Kuehn. I want to thank the Register, St. Thomas More Church and the Colorado Springs Catholic Herald for this incredible gift! It is a shame that more people didn’t attend, because then they too could have spent an evening in “heaven.” God bless you! Julie Hecker |
