The Office of Cemeteries and Mortuaries serves the grieving faithful in the archdiocese by overseeing the preparation of the deceased for burial, coordinating sacred funeral rituals and liturgies with parishes, arranging for burial, ministering to the bereaved and tending to the personal needs of each family, including the poor in their time of need, keeping records, and maintaining sacred grounds.
