Catholic Engaged Encounter
CEE is a weekend specifically focused on drawing engaged couples closer together. It provides couples with an opportunity to gain the social tools and techniques that will help their marriage succeed. Participants will identify and discuss several important topics with their fiancé to prepare for a healthy, Christ-centered marriage. CEE uses a tried and true method that has been successful for over 30 years and gained approval from the Vatican and hundreds of dioceses throughout the world. The Engaged Encounter Weekend offers a deeper connection with one's fiancé while considering the unique needs of each couple.
Topics covered include
unity, careers, children, finances, sexuality, faith, prayer, forgiveness, decisions, communication, sacrament and conflict resolution
What to expect
Couples will be given one-on-one time with each other to explore issues pertaining to a healthy marriage. There will also be personal time for journaling, reflection and prayer, Married individuals will present personal stories regarding the weekend's topics, methods for resolving disagreements and making decisions as a couple on important matters.
