Advent days of reflection offered at St. Malo
Msgr. Thomas Dentici, a beloved priest on the Western Slope who now resides at St. Benedict Monastery in Snowmass, is offering a series of Advent days of reflection open to the public at St. Malo Retreat and Conference Center in Allenspark.
"Not only are the days of recollection designed to spiritually prepare a person for Christmas, but also to prepare a person for the second coming of our Lord, as we are always an Advent people," said Msgr. Dentici in explaining the theme of the talks.
The days of reflection will take place Dec. 3, 4, 5 or 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program will include two sessions led by Msgr. Dentici, followed by quiet time and reflection. Mass will be celebrated in the historic Chapel on the Rock to conclude the day.
