AHCI hosts first annual fundraiser
Archdiocesan Housing Committee, Inc., held its first annual fundraiser to benefit affordable housing on Sunday, May 21, 2000.
The "Making Housing Home" event attracted 150 guests to the University Club to honor Dennis Coughlin, President of Coughlin & Company, for his outstanding work for affordable housing.
The event raised $9,800 to support AHCI's high quality, low-income housing for families and seniors in Denver and the Western Slope.
The evening's master of ceremonies was Mark McIntosh from KCNC-TV Channel 4.
Citywide Bank in Aurora was a major corporate sponsor of the event. Additional sponsors included Lehman, Butterick & Co., Rev. John McCormick, Commerce Bank, Slattery & Co., Thomas & Mary Sauer, 1st Bank Holding Co., VanGilder Insurance Co., Universal Lending Corp., and Colo. First Construction in Silverthorne.
