CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Centro San Juan Diego is located at 2830 Lawrence Street in one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods in a building that dates back to 1890 and formerly housed Sacred Heart School. The building is listed in the Colorado State Registry of the Historical Society for its beautiful and distinctive architecture.

This historic building sat empty for over 30 years and is in need of urgent repairs. Having raised the required $1.5 million to complete phase one, Centro San Juan Diego is now in phase two of its fundraising efforts. Phase two will require an additional $1.5 million to renovate the second floor, install an elevator, finish the parking lot, replace all windows and restore the exterior of the building.
