Volunteer Opportunities:
There will be a build July 7-13 in Juarez, Mexico. We are hoping to build two houses for homeless families. This experience is a lot of fun and life changing for the families that receive a new home. If you are interested, please contact Ben Lager at lagerb@earthlink.net or call 303-733-4764.
Bishop Lobo of Pakistan is St Jerome Mission Banquet Speaker:
Bishop Anthony Lobo from the diocese of Islamabad, Pakistan will celebrate Mass at 6PM on June 29 at Most Precious Blood church followed by a banquet dinner in the church hall. The cost for the dinner is $40 with the proceeds split between St. Jerome Mission and the diocese of Islamabad. Bishop Lobo is a fabulous speaker and has insights into what it means to be a Christian in a Muslim country. Please come and celebrate with us. There will be a commissioning Mass for Ben Lager and Kathy McGovern before they leave to work in Juarez. It will be Friday evening, June 22, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (355 South Navajo, Denver, near I-25 and Alameda). Mass will begin at 6PM followed by a potluck in the school basement. There is no cost. Please come and celebrate with friends. We need your support!

The Mission is in the startup phase of its many endeavors.
