Rev. Monsignor Raymond N. Jones is Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia. He directs and coordinates the operations of the archdiocesan curia. He also is chairman of the Committee of Vicars and Secretaries (COVAS), whose members assist the archbishop in his ministerial responsibilities.
