• We are housing participants in 7 different hotels. 4 are within walking distance and the other 3 are between 1.5 and 5 miles away.
• Housing in hotels is handled by housing forms and rooms are booked according to participant names.
• All rules and regulations set forth by the individual hotels are to be followed. The hotel reserves the right to eject groups or individuals from the hotel without the approval of the conference staff.
• Please remind your youth that there are others in the hotel and they need to be quiet and respectful of others.
• It is the policy of the Archdiocese of Denver that no chaperones shall sleep in the same bed as a participant.

Forms

• Please complete the housing form, including the group name, group leader and phone number.
• Please fill out each space with the name of a participant and indicate Adult with "A", Bus Driver with "BD" and Priest with "P"
• Each row indicates 1 room. Please try to create rooms with 4 participants per room whenever possible. Additional costs will be incurred if roomspace is not filled when possible.
• Housing forms are to be completed by May 2, 2008. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER May 2, 2008.
• Rooms will not be held for those groups who miss the May 2, 2008 deadline or send in incomplete housing forms.

Bus Drivers

• We will arrange housing for your bus drivers. Indicate on your housing form who they are and we will add that to your account.

Priest Rooms

• In order to aid priests who will be hearing confessions late in the evening or early in the morning we are offering the priests housing at the Holiday Inn. This option may mean that the priests in your group would be housed in a different hotel than the group. Please indicate on your housing form if the priest(s) in your group would like to remain housed with the group or at the Holiday Inn.
