- All groups must identify one person as the Group Leader for the conference. All correspondence, phone calls, email, etc…will be handled through them. Conference materials at registration check-in will be issued to that person
- Group Leaders-Adult Chaperones-Youth A group is defined as one adult leader with one or more youth participants. No single registrations will be accepted.
- Group Leader/Youth Minister: the one person organizing the trip and serving as a contact person for the group. The Group Leader must be an adult who is prepared to attend the conference. All correspondence will take place between the Group Leader and the Conference office.
- Adult Chaperone: adults (21 years of age and older) must be with the youth throughout the conference, there should be at least one, but no more than two Adult Chaperones for every ten youth. If you are bringing male and female youth, there should be male and female Adult Chaperones. We realize that there are situations where it may be challenging to find another chaperone; however, the conference staff has found that dual chaperones are imperative, especially in times of ministry and for supervisory reasons. In order to accommodate as many high school participants as possible, the above ratio policies must be enforced.
- Youth: the participants in the conference must be entering 9th ,10th, 11th, or 12th grades in the fall of 2007 or a 2007 high school graduate.
- Priests: This year, we are again waiving the registration fee (including meals and housing) for priests with the understanding that the priests attending will available to administer the sacrament of Reconciliation at least during two of the designated times throughout the conference weekend. It is our hope that this will encourage groups to invite priests to attend a youth conference as part of their group.
- All priests should be included in the total number of spots requested for the
conference. The Group Leader must include the name(s) of the priest(s) attending
with his group in advance of the conference and no later than the housing
deadline. After May 2, 2008 a registration fee of $175 will be assessed for any cancellations to cover costs incurred by the office
